Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech interfaces) for commercial viability
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen solutions with pilot programs
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Analyze competitive landscapes to identify first-mover advantages in emerging tech domains
- Drive adoption of ethical frameworks for responsible technology deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products in AI, IoT, or quantum fields
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Deep knowledge of at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, neuromorphic, biotech)
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding or venture partnerships
- Strong data modeling skills with proficiency in forecasting tools and market analytics
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management (e.g., INSEAD)
