Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market disruption forecasts and emerging scientific breakthroughs
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions in AI ethics, decentralized networks, and climate tech
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global research institutions to pioneer 2026+ technology horizons
- Present technology visions to C-suite and board members with data-driven ROI projections
- Mentor emerging technologists through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
- Author industry whitepapers on quantum-resistant cryptography and neural interfaces
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with demonstrated impact at Fortune 100 firms or unicorns
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism with published research in Nature/Science journals
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching products with 10M+ users or $100M+ ARR
- Security clearance eligibility for government-accredited innovation projects
- Fluency in Mandarin, German, or Japanese for global stakeholder engagement
- Patent portfolio with ≥15 granted AI/blockchain-related patents
