Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum, AI, bio-tech)
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies and competitive landscapes
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board of directors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and R&D initiatives
- Monitor regulatory shifts in tech policy and compliance frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling tech products to $100M+ ARR
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience with agile development and DevOps methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
