Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Physics
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI systems in enterprise environments
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on emerging technologies
- Certification in Quantum Computing (IBM Q, D-Wave) and AI ethics
- Experience securing $50M+ budgets for R&D initiatives
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems (EU AI Act, US NIST)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
