Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in leadership roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Proven track record of scaling innovation from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology
- Experience with federal grant applications for tech R&D
- Certification in Technology Strategy Management (TSM)
