Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, biometric AI, and sustainable infrastructure
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives with MIT and Stanford partnerships
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and venture capital partners
- Manage $10M+ innovation budget across 3 experimental labs
- Author thought leadership for IEEE and World Economic Forum
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Tech Academy
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published research in quantum algorithms or neural networks
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures to $100M+ revenue
- Expertise in ISO 42001 AI governance frameworks
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Certification in Sustainable Technology Design (STeP)
