- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead R&D initiatives for autonomous systems and human-machine interfaces
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to design 2030-ready digital transformation frameworks
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with agile methodology
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Drive patent development for emerging technology applications
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in rapid prototyping cycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or hyper-growth startups
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching $10M+ tech initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Experience leading geographically distributed innovation teams
