Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AGI safety frameworks, and decentralized infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with MIT Media Lab and NASA JPL partners
- Architect sustainable tech ecosystems for Fortune 500 decarbonization initiatives
- Advise C-suite on regulatory compliance for emerging tech (EU AI Act, US CHIPS Act)
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets for next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Present at Davos, CES, and UN Technology Forums as company thought leader
- Mentor PhD fellows in our Future Tech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record scaling tech from prototype to enterprise deployment
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ time zones
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent technical discipline
- Security clearance eligibility or existing government tech partnership experience
