- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives with 20+ engineering teams
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Establish KPIs for tech adoption ROI and innovation velocity
- Mentor senior technologists in future-focused skill development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals preferred
- Experience with global tech ecosystem mapping
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- MSc in Computer Science or Engineering (PhD preferred)
