Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI deployment
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Manage $10M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused prioritization
- Represent company at global tech forums and academic symposiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching quantum/AI initiatives at scale
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical/non-technical audiences
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals preferred
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java/C++)
- Experience with patent strategy and intellectual property monetization
