Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology roadmaps targeting 2026 innovation milestones
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech integration)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year adoption potential
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Drive ethical framework development for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Present strategic technology visions to C-suite and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation
- Proven track record in launching cutting-edge tech products or platforms
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex technological ecosystems
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or future studies
