Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends and assess their potential impact on business operations and market opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with the company's strategic objectives for 2026 and beyond.
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and executive teams to integrate new technologies into product development and business processes.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify technology-driven opportunities and threats.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's or PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or a related role.
- Proven track record of identifying and implementing emerging technologies in a corporate environment.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with technology forecasting, scenario planning, and risk assessment.
- Deep knowledge of at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., AI, quantum computing, blockchain, biotechnology).
