- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry innovators
- Manage technology innovation budgets and ROI analysis for R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or product innovation leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting market trends and technology adoption cycles
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI, quantum computing, or advanced automation
- Strong financial acumen with experience in tech investment analysis
- Exceptional presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategic foresight
