Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in launching breakthrough initiatives including quantum computing, AI ethics frameworks, and sustainable tech solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential for our industry
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 companies
- Present technology vision to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Oversee R&D budget allocation for 2026 innovation pipeline
- Establish KPIs to measure impact of future technology initiatives on business growth
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-tech or innovation leadership roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, biotech convergence, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives that generate $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Published thought leadership in technology or strategy publications
