- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI
- Drive internal tech skilling programs for 2026 workforce readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Expertise in stakeholder management across technical and non-technical domains
