Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping Web4.0 and metaverse infrastructure solutions
- Conduct market analysis for emerging tech adoption in enterprise environments
- Design scalable architectures for IoT edge computing and autonomous systems
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI deployment and data sovereignty
- Drive innovation sprints with R&D partners in biotech convergence and neurotech
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite on technology ROI and disruption risks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale digital transformation projects
- Deep expertise in Web3.0 architectures and decentralized identity systems
- Certification in quantum computing fundamentals (IBM Q or Google Quantum AI)
- Published research in IEEE or ACM on future technology trends
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Experience with government tech policy (NIST, IEEE standards)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
