Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmap for quantum computing integration and AI autonomy systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen metaverse commerce platforms
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, bio-digital interfaces) for commercial viability
- Present strategic technology briefings to investors and board members quarterly
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused technology prototyping initiatives
- Build strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT Media Lab, and quantum research institutions
- Mentor a team of 15+ engineers and researchers in futuristic technology domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions in enterprise environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in blockchain, neural networks, and spatial computing
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on future technology applications
- Experience securing $50M+ in technology innovation funding
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and futures forecasting methodologies
- Certification in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent
