- Develop pilot programs for breakthrough innovations with measurable ROI frameworks
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and executive teams to align technology initiatives with organizational vision
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Monitor global tech policy developments and assess regulatory implications for innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or C-suite tech leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and market analysis frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous technological transitions
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Boston, Shenzhen)
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
