Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research and adoption of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3, etc.)
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with organizational vision
- Manage innovation labs and pilot programs for future-focused solutions
- Analyze competitive landscapes and technology disruption patterns
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Build and lead a high-performing strategy team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or innovation roles
- Proven track record of implementing future-forward solutions in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
