Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026+ technology strategy aligned with market disruption and competitive advantage
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, AI ethics, biotech integration)
- Design innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year implementation timelines
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into core offerings
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Build and lead a cross-functional Future Technology Task Force
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting and implementing future-focused tech initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven strategic planning experience
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
