Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate disruptive technologies into core products while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and evaluate next-gen startups for acquisition/partnerships
- Develop future-proof governance frameworks for AI ethics and autonomous systems deployment
- Present technology vision to C-suite and board with data-driven ROI projections
- Establish industry thought leadership through white papers and conference keynotes
- Mentor innovation lab teams in prototyping and rapid validation methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in emerging tech
- 12+ years experience in technology strategy, product development, or corporate innovation
- Proven track record of launching AI/quantum/neurotech initiatives at scale
- Deep understanding of Web3, climate tech, and biotechnology convergence points
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Experience working with global regulatory bodies on tech policy frameworks
