- Manage a $5M innovation budget with measurable ROI targets
- Present strategic vision to investors and board members
- Mentor a team of 15+ engineers and researchers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or senior R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products (3+ examples)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, or neuromorphic computing
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
