- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, decentralized systems, neural interfaces) for competitive advantage
- Secure $10M+ annual R&D budget and manage vendor/partner ecosystems
- Present strategic initiatives to investors and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Drive innovation through internal hackathons and external startup partnerships
- Mentor senior engineers and product leads on future technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with proven experience in emerging technologies
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech convergence
- Track record of launching tech products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar budgets
