Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2030, anticipating industry shifts and emerging opportunities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech convergence) and their commercial applications
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with business goals and market expansion plans
- Design and implement innovation frameworks to accelerate prototyping and adoption of breakthrough technologies
- Build and lead a cross-functional team of futurists, data scientists, and domain experts
- Present strategic vision and roadmaps to stakeholders, investors, and industry partners
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs to stay at technology's bleeding edge
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, neuromorphic engineering, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
- Strong leadership experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
