Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology strategy for 2026 initiatives, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and prototype emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to anticipate industry disruptions and opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members with data-driven insights
- Establish innovation frameworks and KPIs to measure impact of future-focused projects
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices and ethical innovation standards across all initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or future planning roles
- Proven track record of leading successful technology transformation initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Certifications in technology strategy (e.g., TOGAF, CTO) or innovation management highly valued
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
