Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology adoption roadmaps across all business units
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AI governance frameworks
- Design strategic partnerships with Stanford/MIT research labs and global tech accelerators
- Create predictive models for technology disruption and market impact analysis
- Present strategic recommendations to board of directors and investor committees
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal innovation culture
- Oversee pilot programs for breakthrough technologies (e.g., neuromorphic chips)
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies to enterprise level
- Deep expertise in at least three of these domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent strategic foresight certification
- Experience securing $10M+ innovation budgets
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
