Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2025-2030 horizon) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in quantum computing and AI
- Partner with product teams to integrate future tech capabilities into commercial offerings
- Author thought leadership publications and industry whitepapers on tech evolution
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible AI and automation deployment
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven decision-making
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into business value
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Published research or patents in future technologies
