Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional task forces developing next-gen AI frameworks and quantum applications
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for emerging technologies (synthetic biology, neural interfaces)
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA, and global innovation accelerators
- Present visionary technology briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough innovations in sustainable computing
- Mentor emerging tech talent through our Innovation Fellowship Program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven impact on future-facing initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals on emerging technologies
- Experience scaling tech ecosystems from 0 to $1B+ valuation
- Deep expertise in AI ethics frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA 2.0)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ paradigm-shifting technology deployments
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA) or equivalent
