Responsibilities
- Lead development of 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 18-36 month implementation horizons
- Conduct market analysis and feasibility studies for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, advanced AI)
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Manage innovation pipeline and resource allocation for experimental technology projects
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for future-tech incubation
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure technology adoption and ROI for future initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven experience developing multi-year tech roadmaps with successful implementation
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, sustainable tech)
- Strong financial acumen with experience in tech ROI modeling and budget management
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Track record of launching at least two major technology transformation initiatives
- Professional certifications (e.g., CTO, PMP, or specialized AI/Blockchain credentials)
