Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions in quantum AI and biotech
- Analyze emerging technologies (AGI, synthetic biology, space tech) for commercial viability
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Author whitepapers on ethical AI implementation and digital sovereignty frameworks
- Mentor junior innovators through our 'Future Leaders' incubation program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum initiatives from concept to production
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Security clearance eligibility for classified projects
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
