Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026+ market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3)
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Drive innovation through strategic partnerships with startups, academia, and research institutions
- Present technology strategies to executive leadership and investors with data-driven insights
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track technology adoption metrics
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental learning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Certifications in strategic planning (e.g., TOGAF, PMP) or emerging tech domains
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in market forecasting and scenario planning
- Strong stakeholder management abilities across technical and non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 2020+ technology transformation projects
