Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs in emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and competitive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Manage R&D partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Oversee prototype development and pilot programs for future-facing solutions
- Mentor talent in emerging technologies and strategic innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Experience with technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Strong background in product development lifecycle and go-to-market strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology or business innovation (journal articles, patents)
- Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one other language
