Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or distributed systems architecture
- Proven track record of launching commercial tech products with 7+ figures revenue
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Singularity University)
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on emerging technologies
- Experience with agile methodologies for complex tech ecosystems

- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
