Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, Web3) and develop strategic roadmaps for 2026 implementation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Partner with product teams to integrate disruptive technologies into customer-facing platforms
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with clear ROI projections
- Build and maintain relationships with technology pioneers and research institutions
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure technology adoption impact
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for responsible tech deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record leading large-scale tech transformation projects
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI, quantum computing, or decentralized systems
- Executive-level communication with ability to translate complex concepts to business stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with technology focus
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
- Experience building tech ecosystems across public/private sectors
