Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech specialization
- Proven track record leading successful tech transformation initiatives

- Certification in futures forecasting or technology foresight (e.g., CFTE, FTI)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (IEEE, Nature Technology)
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets and managing P&L for tech ventures
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Strategy
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
