Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2026 horizon) and assess market viability
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Build stakeholder relationships with C-suite executives and industry partners
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify disruptive opportunities
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through pilot programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products (2018-2025)
- Experience building high-performing innovation teams
- Strong financial modeling and ROI analysis capabilities
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (minimum 3 peer-reviewed papers)
- Certification in emerging tech frameworks (e.g., IEEE Future Tech Standards)
