Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market predictions and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling futuristic solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for next-gen market disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Build partnerships with research labs, startups, and academic institutions
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and technology showcases
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching transformative tech initiatives
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced robotics, or biotech
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in scenario planning tools
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio of published research or patents in emerging technologies
