- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, biotech) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite and investors
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible AI and automation deployment
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory shifts impacting innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from concept to commercialization
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management expertise
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, or defense) a plus
