Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic technology recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Establish KPIs and metrics for measuring technology ROI and innovation maturity

- Author thought leadership publications on technology futures and disruption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism consulting

- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives from concept to market
