Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 10-year horizon planning
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and decentralized AI
- Partner with C-suite to align technology investments with business objectives
- Identify and assess emerging technologies with exponential potential impact
- Build and lead a cross-disciplinary innovation lab with 15+ engineers
- Secure $5M+ annual budget for experimental technology projects
- Present strategic vision to investors and board members quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 market-defining innovations
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
- Strong network with global research institutions and tech consortia
- Experience securing >$10M in venture funding for experimental projects
- Published thought leadership in Nature, IEEE, or equivalent tier
