- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating quantum computing, AI, and IoT solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis of emerging tech disruptors and recommend strategic pivots
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Manage R&D budgets for experimental projects with $10M+ annual allocation
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for cutting-edge research
- Mentor a team of 5+ specialists in emerging technologies and innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or equivalent executive role
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Executive presence with demonstrated success influencing C-level decisions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or digital transformation
