Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum computing and AI-driven solutions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential (neuromorphic computing, bio-hybrid systems)
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research for next-gen tech verticals
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives
- Drive innovation through hackathons and collaborative R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex technological systems
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation grants or venture funding
