Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market forecasts and business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, decentralized systems) into our product pipeline
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to prototype future-facing solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to maintain technological leadership
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for major tech initiatives
- Establish KPIs for innovation success and track progress against 2026 milestones
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or high-growth tech firms
- Proven track record of launching next-gen products with measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing C-level audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
