Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype and validate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and competitive threats in global tech ecosystems
- Develop strategic partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Present technology vision and investment proposals to executive leadership and board members
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready technologies through change management programs
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation ROI and technology maturity across business units
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on Innovation Strategy
- 12+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Certified in Technology Strategy (CTS) or Innovation Management (CIM)
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
