- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their impact on innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record in launching enterprise-level innovations with measurable ROI
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, or climate tech
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies and technology foresight frameworks
- Experience managing $5M+ R&D budgets and cross-functional teams of 15+
- Published research or patents in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Deep understanding of US tech policy (CHIPS Act, AI Bill of Rights)
