- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and assess strategic adoption opportunities
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and quantum security protocols
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Manage innovation incubator programs for emerging tech ventures
- Represent InnovateX at global tech forums and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with demonstrable impact on future-oriented initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, AR/VR, neurotech)
- Proven track record of scaling innovative solutions from concept to enterprise deployment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
