Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and Web3
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and marketing teams
- Present strategic recommendations to the executive board with data-driven impact projections
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Represent the company at global tech summits and industry thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists and build an internal innovation culture framework
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching products using future-forward technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics frameworks, quantum algorithm development, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (e.g., Nature Technology, IEEE Spectrum)
