Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with emerging market trends and regulatory frameworks
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating quantum computing, blockchain, and AI into scalable products
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technologies (e.g., neural interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with ESG and sustainability goals
- Manage $50M+ innovation budgets across R&D labs in Palo Alto, Austin, and Boston
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and global stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or senior R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching products with 10M+ users or $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum algorithms, federated learning, or carbon-negative computing
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- MBA or PhD in Computer Science/Engineering from top-tier institution
- Experience navigating international tech policy (GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act)
