Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology strategy roadmap integrating quantum computing, generative AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and ethics teams to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich) and national labs
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance protocols
- Present technology foresight reports to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Mentor emerging technologists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Systems Engineering
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives to commercial deployment
- Deep expertise in exponential technology trends (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Strong ethical leadership background in technology governance frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (WFS/AFS) or equivalent
