Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership, with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in developing and executing long-term tech roadmaps
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, or quantum computing applications
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Certification in technology management (e.g., CTO, TOGAF) preferred
